The current form of the waterfront was redesigned by architects Nikiforidis<\/strong> and Cuomo<\/strong>, with the goal of transforming an underutilized coastal strip into a vibrant, accessible, and multifunctional public space<\/strong>. Construction began in phases in 2006, and the entire waterfront<\/strong> became fully accessible to the public in 2013.<\/span><\/p>

Nea Paralia<\/strong> features 12 thematic gardens, each with its own character, making every entrance feel unique. We won\u2019t spoil the surprises hidden in each garden (we want you to discover them yourself), but don\u2019t miss the magical sunset views from the Garden of the Afternoon Sun<\/strong>.
