  Activities may be canceled by our company in case of adverse weather conditions.

   

  Regarding our cancellation policy:

  If you cancel an activity, the cancellation terms set out in the description of each service, as well as in the Booking Confirmation notification, apply. 

  ·        For cancellations more than 48 hours before the start time of the activity: full refund with a 5% deduction on the total value of the canceled booking

  ·        For cancellation in the period between 48 – 24 hours: 50% refund

  ·        For cancellations less than 24 hours: no refund

  ·        Depending on specific cancellation policy, the Provider reserves the right to claim higher special compensation instead of the abovementioned booking costs if it can demonstrate that it has incurred much higher costs than the corresponding amount paid.

  ·        The refund is made in the same way as the original payment. In the case of credit cards charged monthly, the amount is credited at the end of the current invoicing period. The exact time of the refund depends on the user's credit card agreement. The return via bank transfer is made within seven working days

  Force Majeure

  The Provider may cancel the activity planned on the agreed date, without prior notice, if weather conditions, official government measures, strikes or other unforeseen or unavoidable external conditions (in particular force majeure) make it impossible to carry out the activity by making it more difficult or dangerous.

  Changes to the program

  Furthermore, the Supplier reserves the right to make non-essential changes to the program, if this is necessary due to unforeseeable or unavoidable conditions.
