Ideal for couples, singles or business travelers, the apartment is a great point to start exploring the city on foot. However, there are also bus and taxi stops nearby. The space
The apartment is located on the 1st floor. It features 1 bedroom with a double bed, a large closet and a flat screen TV. The living room has a large sofa to relax and a flat screen TV as well.
The house has two major advantages:
– The first one is it is recently renovated and the decoration is simple and modern.
– The second one is that is close to everything. It is also only 270 meters away from waterfront.
We tried to create a beautiful environment, modern and functional. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, such as a washing machine, 2 TVs, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee machine etc).
The new balcony doors are double glazed, so this minimizes any potential noise coming from outside, while preserving the room temperature. The balcony gives you the opportunity to enjoy your morning coffee before heading out into the city.

Neighborhood
You will find anything you need in walking distance: Super Market, bakery, restaurants, café, pharmacy, shops, parking. Some of them are open 24 hours a day. The White Tower is our top recommendation for things you should see in Thessaloniki. It is one of the most historic points of interest. You can walk along the city’s waterfront, and enjoy the sunset, or take a cruise in the Thermaikos Gulf while enjoying a cocktail. Tsimiski street is the place to go for shopping on your day off.
