Welcome to our Emerald Grove villa, located in the charming neighborhood of Sani Halkidiki, Faidras street. Our beautiful three-story villa is perfect for families and small groups looking to enjoy a serene vacation in the heart of Greece.
The space
As soon as you enter our villa, you’ll be captivated by the grandeur of the spacious living room, complete with a high ceiling and ceiling fan that keeps the room breezy and cool. The living room opens up to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, perfect for preparing and enjoying home-cooked meals. On the ground floor, you’ll also find a cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a pristine bathroom.
Climb up the stairs to the first floor where you’ll be welcomed by a beautiful mezzanine that overlooks the ground floor. The first floor also features a comfortable bedroom with two single beds and a desk for catching up on work. Another sparkling bathroom completes this floor.
For a unique experience, head down to the -1 floor where you’ll find a fun bedroom/playroom perfect for the kids (and adults!). It’s complete with two single beds, a foosball table, and a picnic table where the little ones can enjoy meals and snacks.
If you’re an outdoor enthusiast, you’ll be thrilled with our spacious veranda that’s perfect for dining and relaxation. The veranda features a comfortable seating area, as well as a stunning gazebo with another dining area where you can enjoy delicious Greek cuisine under the sun.

Our villa is located in the charming Sani Halkidiki neighborhood, Faidras street. This beautiful neighborhood boasts lush greenery and is just a stone’s throw away from some of the most picturesque beaches in the area. Sani Marina, with its luxurious shops, cafes, and restaurants, is also within easy reach, providing plenty of entertainment for the entire family.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 28 days before arrival (minus any transfer costs 1-3%). The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 28 days of arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they'll be charged the total price of the reservation.
