There is a spacious wardrobe, as well as a working desk, offering privacy for remote workers. The second bedroom is located on the upper floor, and offers a Queen Size bed and storage space. 2. Bathrooms: There are 2 brand new bathrooms with shower, both on the ground floor and have a washing machine 3. Kitchen: The kitchen has everything you can ever ask for, including a Nespresso, a dishwasher and a large fridge 4. Living Room: There is a large seating area, a Smart TV, and a second workspace 5. Outdoor: A large veranda with a spacious dining table for up to 8 people, 3 sunbeds, a second dining table, and a 1000sqm private garden. 6. Neighborhood description
Just 45 minutes away from Thessaloniki, Sani is a quiet, private and very well kept community. Among everything that Villa Emily has to offer is access to our shared swimming pool and the seasonal shuttle bus service from the Villas to the Sani Marina. All of Sani’s beautiful beaches are 10 minutes away by foot, while you can also hike along the Sani-Siviri forest trail, which offers magnificent views! At walking distance from Villa Emily is the Sani Marina, where you can enjoy acclaimed Michelin-rated restaurants, bars, the Sani Festival, and have access to necessities such as groceries and a pharmacy.
