The space
Α recently constructed fully furnished, light, airy and comfy studio with 1 room, 1 small loft and a big terrace. The studio has storage spaces (drawers), a hanger, a double bed and a big single adult size loft bed. There is a fully functional kitchen with all the necessary equipment: dinnerware, cutlery, glassware, Nespresso coffee machine (with complementary Nespreso capsules), toaster, kettle, refrigerator and microwave.
The entrance is located on the main road of Kallithea. Entering to the private property you see a residence of 4 individual apartments and 2 studios. The studios are the ones at the top floor, you cannot miss them! Studio i is the one on your right as you look from the side of the road (as shown at the last picture of the listing).
Neighborhood description
Actually you are in the center of Kallithea, the largest shopping center in Halkidiki and the number one place to get a piece of late-night action.. You can find there many stores like supermarkets, banks, travel agencies, car rental offices, clothing stores, fast foods, restaurants, cafes, bar. Kallithea covers all the needs of even the most demanding visitors.
And everything is in walking distance.
Important notice: As the studio is located close to a bar and above the central road there is a potential for loud music and noise till late night during high season.
